The Festival Town Residents Association, FTRA, held its Quarterly General meeting on Saturday 21st September 2019 which held at YWCA, 24 Road, Festac town, Amuwo-Odofin, Lagos State. 
Residents in Amuwo-Odofin would have to brace up in coming days and weeks as a Ban has been placed on Okada Operations in Amuwo-Odofin LGA , Lagos State.
The Festac residents represented by the Festac Town Residents Association , FTRA staged a protest at the Festac Unit EKEDP Office on Tuesday December 11th 2018.
It was all joy and excrement as a new building donated to the Festac Police Division Headquarters.

A joint committee of FTRA and CBAAC paid a courtesy call to the Chairman of Amuwo-Odofin LG Engineer Valentine Buraimoh to intimate him and get his support for the 40th Anniversary celebration of Festac Town.
