In a bid to gear up sport spirit in the community, The Festac Football tournament would be holding in the Amuwo-Odofin LGA, Lagos State.
The tournament which would be holding on Tuesday, 1st October 2024 at the Popular stone field , sports ground , 23rd Festac Town.
The event is set to hosts 16 teams in a 5-Aside Tournament hosted by Chief Akalaka, it promises to be a fun-filled event where there would be lots of prizes, food, drinks etc. According to the host, the event is organized to bring FESTAC Youths together and contribute his own quota to the community.
According to the organizer’s, each team would consist of 8 players and Cash prizes worth N800,000. The competition would see teams from 23 Road, 512 Road, 311 Road, 202/201 Road, 1st Avenue, 111 Road, 24 Road, 402 Road, 41 Road, 322 Road, 6th Avenue Road, 401 Road, Mile2, Agboju and Ajegunle
