Corrections & Complaints

Festaconline Media goes to great lengths to ensure that the articles that we produce are factual and unbiased.

If, despite best efforts, corrections are needed, Festaconline will make them as soon as possible.

If you spot anything that needs correcting, please email us on info@festaconline.com.ng with a summary of the issue.

We can only deal with your complaint if you are:

– a third party seeking to ensure accuracy of published information

We will acknowledge your complaint by e-mail or in writing within 7 calendar days and will normally respond to your compliant with a final decision letter within 21 calendar days. If we uphold your complaint, we will tell you the remedial actions we have taken.
