The Queue’s are back!!!
The Festive period is here and we just couldn’t escape the usual looming Fuel Scarcity in Nigeria.
2017 is a year that we won’t forget in a hurry as relating to Fuel Scarcity especially when it has become a trend for fuel to be short in supply towards the festive period.
Since the beginning of this month, December 2017 , Festac Residents and Entire Amuwo Odofin Residents are not left out as we have suffered from the fuel scarcity situation.
The situation has worsened as it has increased the cost of transportation , despite promises made by government and oil marketers that the situation would be over.
So the situation has impacted our lives , well can’t say positively but rather negatively .
Many filling stations are shut and others selling at alarming prices while Some others , Black marketers use this opportunity to make a living by selling black market selling the product between N200 and N250 and even alarming to N500 per litre.
The long and never ending queues of motorists have causes permanent traffic on our roads , such as the popular 21 road where Forte Oil / AP filling station is , heading to festac Link road the long lines of Queues at Mobil Filling station and Total Filling stations have added to traffic buildup.
To worsen matters the electricity supply we were all jubilating for has been cut short . The power supply hardly last for hours , some places don’t even see this light. It has made life unbearable for business owners and as well as individuals.
