Nigerdock a leading Nigerian maritime and logistics company situated at the Igbologun/Snake island area of Amuwo Odofin Local government carried out a corporate social activity of giving back to the community that houses them.

In a bid to promote some cordial relationship with the Igbolohun community in Amuwo Odofin which serves as a host community to them, the company handed over N1.5 billion worth of educational facilities to the community.

Facilities included blocks of classrooms, computers, biology, physics, and chemistry labs, a corp members lodge, a police post, a library, and one and a half kilometers of tarred road amongst others.

During the hand-over ceremony, the chairman/chief executive officer, of Nigerdock, Maher Jamakani, said that the world-class facilities donated to the community would help improve the lives of the people of the community.
Also disclosing that the school has a capacity for 800 students adding that the school will also be provided with non-stop power supply even as the community has been connected to Eko Distribution Company for a 24-hour power supply.
