Amuwo-Odofin Set to Play Host to Nigeria Reggae Festival 2022

Amuwo-Odofin is set to play host to the forthcoming Nigeria Reggae festival 2022 tagged the Peace Concert.

The Event plans to span for a period of three days from 11th November to 13th November 2022 at the Tradefair Motel, International trade fair, Amuwo-Odofin LGA.

Speaking on the event, the CEO of Music Africa Awake and founder of the festival, Prince Emeka Ojukwu said the three-day event, billed to hold at the International Trade Fair Motel, is expected to host 20,000 attendees.

The festival hashtagged peace concert will host Nigerian and foreign reggae musicians in the diaspora. According to Ojukwu, the Jamaican Minister of Arts and Culture and his counterparts from across Africa are among the dignitaries expected.

Nigeria Reggae Festival is Fashioned to use reggae music to preach peace, love, and unity among Nigerians and Africans and change the face of the music industry.

A brainchild of Prince Emeka Ojukwu, the festival will showcase the talents of artists like Daddy West, Jethro  Sheeran, and EmeeFreda and her band, Planet9
