It was a great start of 2025 for The NULGE Executives of Amuwo-Odofin Local Government as they facilitated a successful New Year inter-religious prayer meeting aimed at ushering in the 2025 calendar working year.
The event, held at the multipurpose hall of the legislative building within the local government secretariat, gathered diverse religious leaders and staff members for a time of unity and reflection.
The Executive Chairman, Valentine Buraimoh, who was present, addressed the attendees, emphasizing the importance of seeking divine wisdom to fulfil their duties effectively. He encouraged all staff members to embrace values of integrity, dedication, and service as they embark on the new year.
“This prayer meeting is not only an opportunity for us to seek God’s guidance, but also to recommit ourselves to our responsibilities. As we step into this new year, let us draw strength and wisdom from God to excel in our various roles,” Dr. Buraimoh stated.
