A team of officials from the office of the chief Judge of Lagos State, Hon. Justice K.O. Alogba paid a working visit to Amuwo-Odofin and were received by the Executive Chairman, Amuwo-Odofin Local Government.
The agenda of the team was to inspect the infrastructure under construction by the council and ascertain the possibility of sitting in a magistrate court in the local government.
The Chief Judge through his representative said that the council chair by his initiative move to construct an infrastructure that will sit a magistrate court in Amuwo-Odofin struck the heart of Lagos State Judiciary policy of access to justice to the citizenry of Lagos State wherever they reside and do business.
The team furthermore pledged commitment to seeing to the actualization of the vision as soon as possible.
The Local Government Chairman took the team on a tour of the proposed facility as it approached its finishing stages.
