Over 10 people have been said to be missing in a community in Amuwo-Odofin LGA, Lagos State. According to the residents of the community, said that the armed men shot sporadically into different directions and even threatened to kill them.
In 2023 most truckers who operated in most parts of Lagos State including Amuwo-Odofin had woeful experiences while some described their experience as challenging, some were short of words. Some truckers lamented bitterly how they lost billions of naira to extortion and undue payment to maritime bandits.
Fear has now become the order of the day for some residents in the Amuwo-Odofin Local Government Area of Lagos state as cultism activities. The small community of Ijegun which is in the Oriade LCDA of the area has decried the high rate of cultism.
