Speaking on the centre, Ighodalo said the ultimate essence is to contribute to the total elimination of medical tourism abroad by offering to Nigerians what they go in search of abroad.

He said, “This is the second branch of Clinix Healthcare Limited in Nigeria. The first was commissioned last year in Ilupeju. Ours is a purpose-built centre equipped with latest technology of international standard in Radiology, Cardiology, Pathology, Endoscopy, as well as vital services in dentistry and optometry.”

Continuing, the Chairman of the health service centre said, “The centre is also fitted with standard operation theatre for incision and Biopsies, Endoscopy, daycare surgeries as well as Intensive Care Unit in case of emergencies and critically-ill referrals.”

This medical diagnostic institution  started in Kenya and decided to establish in Nigeria. The aim of this health center is to  provide high quality but affordable medical health services to Nigerians.

In this regards he said,

“We have a foundation that caters for the health needs of the indigents. We are surely going to be providing free medical services through this foundation.”

This is a good development as Residents in and around Festac would enjoy the services of this ultra modern medical center. At least there would be more accurate and quick diagnosis of ailments and proffer immediate treatment.

Clinix Healthcare is also built to provide high profile medical screenings, including annual medical check-ups and dialysis.
