This is COWAP FESTAC is a Charity Organisation for the Welfare of the Aged People.
It’s a club for happy,healthy, lively, & resourceful senior citizens above 60.
Membership is open to all snr. Citizens beyond Festac within the LGA.
Seminars & Lectures on healthy living are organised from time to time and Fitness Walks top our activities.
This is when the elderly come out for a walk and aerobics organised by professionals.
