Two criminals, Victor Okwuonu and Tochukwu Abel have been Nabbed by security operatives of the NSCDC.
The suspects were caught in the act of 52 packs of confiscated diapers of different sizes at No 81A, Ago Palace way, Amuwo – Odofin, Lagos on on the 23rd January, 2021, at about 13:00hrs.
They were nabbed by a Civil Defence personnel attached to the Standard Organization of Nigeria ( SON).
It was noted that before this incidence, there have been cases of missing confiscated items at the same premises of the above location earlier mentioned.
Items recovered include the followings: Bonamis diaper – big size of 27 packs,Small size ( size 2) of 16 packs , Small size ( size 3) of 9 packs.
Therefore, appropriate legal action will be taken on them as soon as investigation is concluded.
Meanwhile, the Commandant, Ayeni Paul Kolawole (MSC,MBA, ANIM , ACIA ) has reassured the public that he will continue to ensure that the corps continues, in it’s role to assist in protecting the lives and property of Nigerians against criminal elements, especially, in Lagos State.
