30th December 2016 saw to gathering of over 4000 attendees of the Festac Music Festival 2016 which held at the popular FHA Sports Ground , 23 rd , Festac Town Lagos.
Festac Music Festival 2016 Powered by Naija Ninja in collaboration with the Amuwo Odofin Local Government, it was an amazing night and of course fun filled.
The show kicked off by 7pm with good music from various DJ’s in the Nigerian Entertainment Industry. DJ Muski opened the floor then DJ Babyboi followed by  DJ Baba Yosir then Superstar DJ Humility and crowned it all with DJ Smooth .
It was a 12 hours long night of music , fun , dance and of course jubilation . In attendance to grace theFestac Music Festival 2016 were prominent personalities in the community such as Hon. Dipo Olorunrinu , Hon Ojulari , Captain of Sambisa to mention a few.
It wasn’t just a night of DJ’s but also as promised artist turned up starting with Eedris Abdulkareem who rocked the crowd and oh yes he got a new name – Hero .
The crowd really wanted him back and he came back with the Remedies Squad , Tony Tetuila and they reminded us all of how music was back then.
Also Artquake came to grace the stage as well as Rayce and of course Festac Very Own YCEE .
The Festac Nextrated Competition was not left out as the selected upcoming artist displayed to the crowd who were the judges of who deserved to win .
International Breweries , a major sponsor promised to take the 5 best of the finalist for a tour round the country .
It was an awesome night indeed . Festac Turned up . We anticipate 2017.
