The #TC30DaysFitnessChallenge is an initiative by Three Crowns Milk to create awareness on the importance of keeping fit and eating healthy.
The Cardio dance session held on 23rd September 2017 at the Sprite Basketball Court,Festac town,Lagos.
Residents in their numbers came out to participate in this challenge. Both Young, Old and even the Kids.
