All the man hole covers has been stolen
We have so many risky holes everywhere in festac and kids fall inside this holes on daily basis including adults sometimes
Cars get their tires bursted as well on this holes
We need help and security on this particular holes
It should be replace with may be use rods and wed it and also protect some that are still available
