There has been reports of a fire outbreak at Yaya close off casco street, Agboju area of Oriade LCDA in Amuwo-Odofin LGA, Lagos state.
The fire started at about 10am this morning, 22nd March 2020 and lasted for a while.
According to source, Fire services were called but didn’t show up on time , thankfully youths in the area were able to help contain the fire and put it out before it spread to other surrounding buildings.
As at this time of the report, the fire has been put out.
There has been no recorded casualties and the cause of the fire is still yet unknown.
This is now the third fire incident that has occurred in the LGA.
Just a week after the Abule-Ado explosion which claimed 21 lives and left many homeless and also less than a day after the fire Outbreak at 7th Avenue, Festac Town.
