A distraught woman has raised alarm after her ATM card was stolen and her account wiped by a run away suspect.
Speaking to our correspondent, the victim explained that the suspect stole her ATM card and withdrew almost all the money in her account before she could get to the bank, leaving her with just N75,000 remaining.
“Good morning, please I really need your help,” she said tearfully. “Someone wiped all my money in my account. He stole my ATM card and before I could get to the bank, it was only ₦75,000 that was left. It was my house rent money, and he ran away from the house since yesterday.”
The suspect was identified as Izuchukwu Umobi, is said to reside at Alaba International market at Cele busstop. Please if seen report to the authorities as this was her last hope for her rent money.
