A fast-growing hyperlocal media brand is looking for a Digital Media Associate to drive audience engagement, content creation, and media growth.

Key Duties:

• Create and publish engaging content (articles, updates, social media posts, videos).
• Assist in the curation of relevant and trending content to maintain an active and vibrant media presence.
• Manage and contribute to the growth of our social presence online
• Monitor trends and develop content that resonates with the audience.
• Optimize content for SEO to increase website traffic.
• work with team to develop & Implement strategies to build community and drive engagement
• Work with the sales team to create promotional content for advertisers.
• Analyze content performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

What we are looking for:

• Must currently reside within Amuwo-Odofin LGA, Lagos
• 1-2 years of experience in digital media, social media management, or content creation.
• Proficiency in Canva, or similar tools is a plus
• Strong writing, editing, content development skills and analytical skills
• Good experience in online community engagement.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while contributing to team goals.
• Self-starter who can thrive in remote work with minimal supervision able to work effectively in a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to shared goals.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Willingness to embrace new challenges and contribute to innovative engagement strategies.
