Job Summary
Credible Eye Care, a specialist eye care facility in Festac, Lagos, is seeking a dedicated and professional Ophthalmic Nurse to join its team. The successful candidate will support clinical operations, maintain accurate patient records, assist during surgical procedures, and provide excellent patient care in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to patients professionally.
- Maintain accurate patient records using Microsoft Excel.
- Monitor and record patients’ vital signs.
- Assist the ophthalmologist during surgical procedures.
- Manage inventory and maintain stock records.
- Respond to patient enquiries and phone calls promptly.
- Record daily sales and prepare reports.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of clinical records.
Requirements
- Relevant nursing qualification with practical work experience.
- Must reside in or close to Festac or surrounding areas.
- Good computer skills, particularly proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a clinical environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
