• Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales growth and boost visibility.
• Build and maintain client relationships with both new and existing clients and partnerships
• Identify and engage potential clients, startups, and professionals.
• Conduct market research to identify new and potential revenue generating opportunities
• Track leads, follow up, negotiate deals and convert inquiries into sales.
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Manage social media pages, ads, and digital marketing strategies.
• Organize and attend networking events to promote services.
• Collect customer feedback and implement improvements.

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and in a team
• 1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing (experience in coworking, hospitality, or event sales is a plus).
• Strong negotiation, communication, networking, and persuasion skills.
• Target-driven with a proactive sales approach.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and social media marketing is a plus
• Must Live within Festac/Amuwo axis
• Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
