Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of OND/NCE/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Admin, or any related field.
- Relevant certifications in Sales, Customer Service, or Digital Marketing (a plus but not mandatory).
- 1-3 years of proven experience in sales, retail, or fashion-related customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage customers both online (DMs, WhatsApp, Instagram) and in-person.
- Tech & Social Media Savvy: Comfortable using Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Facebook, and TikTok to engage or convert customers.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for sales records. (A plus but not mandatory)
