As political parties in Lagos state begin rounding up campaign activities , The Labour Party , Amuwo-Odofin made Tuesday 8th of July 2025 a remarkable day in the heart of Amuwo Odofin as they held a final campaign rally.

The rally witnessed the presence of respected leaders who have stood firm with the people over the years and party. Present were Honorable George Adegeye, Member of the House of Representatives who was on ground to declare his total support for the candidacy of Engineer Seyi Ipinlaye. Alongside him stood Honorable Stella Foluke Osafile, Member of the Lagos State House of Assembly, whose presence further strengthened the message of party unity and the commitment to deliver quality leadership. Their joint appearance was a powerful sign that the Labour Party family is solid, focused and ready for victory.

Also present were stakeholder, party member’s, candidates representing various wards in the July 12th election as well as residents & well-wishers.
Engineer Seyi Ipinlaye addressed the crowd with simplicity and depth, reminding everyone that leadership is not about titles but about trust, responsibility and sacrifice. The Labour Party urged residents to turn out en masse and vote on election day, calling it “a chance to reclaim the local government for the people.”
