Driving through some parts of the Amuwo-Odofin community, one thing that welcomes you is the sight of many abandoned Vehicles.
The authorities have woken up and are frowning at such. The LG has directed owners of all abandoned vehicles, trucks and scraps on government’s landed property within the First-Gate and Mazamaza area of the council to give way within seven days or risk forfeiture to the government.
This was contained in a statement signed by the Head, Information Unit of the council, Prince Adeola Olawale-Cole and made available to journalists.
