The lawmaker representing Amuwo-Odofin at the federal house of representatives, Hon Oghene Egoh held a thanksgiving party/event.
The event held on Saturday 3rd of August, 2019 at the FHA Field, Festac town.
Gracing the events were party faithfuls, political stakeholders and other welwishers. Dignitaries at the event were Alh. Nourat Atinuke Babs-Olurunkemi, Alh. Tanwa Olusi, Overseer E. O. Aluko (CAN Chairman, Amuwo Odofin LG), Prof. Mrs. Modupe Fagbamiye (CAN Chairman Oriade LCDA), Alh. S. S. Adewale (Chief Imam Amuwo Odofin), Apostle Dr. Patrick Utume (Founder DGMI Gate)* amongst others.
Also present was Hon. Mojisola Alli-Macaulay, the Lawmaker representing Amuwo Odofin Constituency 1 at the Lagos State House of Assembly.
In her words , Hon Mojisola clarified that her attendance was intentional and to familiarize, synergize and get all hands on deck to serve her constituents the best of governance, because the celebrant is holding the mandate of her constituents in trust, as such all sentiment must be set aside in the overall interest of all the people we represent as the people’s servants.
“I am here to felicitate with Hon. Oghene and seek for synergy to give the best of governance and representation to the good people of Amuwo Odofin. Election has come and gone but the people that gave both Hon. Oghene and I the mandate are still there, so any possible way to serve this people should always be our priority. Synergy to serve the people well is necessary for us” said Hon Mojisolaoluwa Alli-Macaulay.
