On November 8, 2024, Centre for Advancements and Development rights, CEADER visited the popular Secondary school in Amuwo Odofin community, the FESTAC Senior Grammar School to engage female teenage students in a sensitization program on Leadership.

The program saw to senior school female students engaged through interactive discussions which aided each girl to began to recognize her own leadership potential.

It was emphasised that leadership is not about titles or positions but about embodying the characteristics of a leader which the students identified and listed in the course of the sensitization.

According to the organisers,
