It was All joy and excitement as the Holyfamily Catholic Church Festac held their church rededication ceremony on Saturday, 29th April 2023.
The ceremony led by His Grace Most Rev Dr Alfred Adewale Martins, the archbishop of the metropolitan see of Lagos. Amongst other present was Rev Father Melvis Mayaki,Bishop John Akinkunmi Oyejola, Peter Obi the Presidential candidate of Labour Party in 2023 Elections and many others.
Recall that the previous church building was demolished for a rebuild few years ago.
The event was a huge success kicked off with the veneration of the relic of Blessed Michael Iwene Tansi followed by the welcoming of the Archbishop of the Archdiocese of Lagos.
A procession of Priests was seen in its rededication, a beautiful array of a marching band was present as well.
