Angry Festac Residents Shuts Out PHCN Officials
On 17th April 2017, the residents of 512 Road H Close Festac Town, Lagos State locked out PHCN Officials from the EKEDC. The Angry residents , who are Prepaid users angrily shut their close gate against the officials restricting access to the close, H Close. They were angry due to the ill-behaviour of EKEDC. Also Locked out were civil defence officers . See Video Below
