On 17th April 2017, the residents of 512 Road H Close Festac Town, Lagos State locked out PHCN Officials from the EKEDC. The Angry residents , who are Prepaid users angrily shut their close gate against the officials restricting access to the close, H Close. They were angry due to the ill-behaviour of EKEDC. Power Outage has seemed to come to stay in the community , Festac in Amuwo-Odofin LGA, Lagos State,Nigeria.

Residents have lamented ,complained and are not happy with the current situation.
