The Federal Government has mapped out plans to expand the scope of N401 billion Festival of Arts and Culture (Festac) Phase II developments to generate four million direct and indirect jobs.

Good news to us all. Our habitat and place of abode which has been neglected for so many years is about to have a face-lift and transformation .
Since 1977 when our wonderful housing Estate was developed , there has been no major move by the government to make things better but that is a story of the past .
