Yesterday , some photos were released online on LIB which showed the sorry state of the Festac NIS office of the Nigerian Immigration Service.
The blog reader went to renew his passport and as usual met with the endless delay that these officials put people through. He then had the opportunity to use the restroom and took some snapshots of the eye sore state that NIS put up for their customers.

The Fire started At around 3:30pm when light was restored and suddenly the outbreak started.
