A fully laden tanker carrying Diesel has fallen at the very busy Apple Junction roundabout axis of the Amuwo-Odofin LGA on Monday, 22nd November 2021.
The tanker which is suspected to have over 30,000 litres of diesel fell and overturned thereby spilling its content on the road.
Residents, commuters, shop owners in that axis scampered for safety over fear of explosion.
In that light, some people were also seen to have been scooping the contents in kegs and gallons.
As gathered by Festaconline media, this incident occurred in the late noon hour.
The police arrived the scene and helped to cordoned the area to avoid any disaster such as an explosion.
Also the Fire services also arrived the scene trying to manage the situation.
