Residents of Amuwo-Odofin, Festac Town, Satellite Town and neighbouring communities are set for a night of music, entertainment and networking as first edition of the Amuwo Block Party 2026 takes place on Friday, July 31, 2026, at Festival Hotel, Amuwo-Odofin.
Organised by Peeps Entertainment in partnership with Festival Hotel, the event aims to bring together residents, creatives, entrepreneurs and entertainment lovers for what organisers describe as a celebration of community, culture and local talent.
The event will feature live music performances, DJ sets, games, food vendors, fashion showcases, brand activations and networking opportunities, creating a platform for both entertainment and business engagement.
According to the organisers, the goal is to create an annual community event that not only entertains but also supports local businesses, provides visibility for emerging talents and strengthens connections among residents.
“Amuwo Block Party is more than just a party. It is a platform designed to bring people together, create opportunities for businesses, empower young talents and showcase the vibrant spirit of the Amuwo community,” the organisers said.
Businesses and brands interested in reaching hundreds of young consumers and residents are also being invited to participate through sponsorships, exhibitions and promotional partnerships.
With anticipation already building, organisers expect the event to attract attendees from across Amuwo-Odofin, Festac Town, Satellite Town and other parts of Lagos.
