4th Avenue Road, Festac Town which is a well-plyed road for a long time was in a bad shape and not motor-able despite series of failed attempt.
Finally , the road is now motor able as the Engr. Valentine Buraimoh led administration in Amuwo Odofin Local Government Area of Lagos State, has completed the rehabilitation of a failed section at 4th avenue road, Festac Town thereby easing the terrible traffic jam and suffering that motorists plying the road undergo.
According to the LG Chairman ,
” The 4th Avenue road is strategic and it is expected to promote growth and boost business in the axis.
“We promised during our campaign to carry out road constructions. We are here to fulfil that promise. It is clear that we have come to do things differently for the good of the governed.
“We will stop at nothing to make our people happy.”
He added that his administration’s zero tolerance for bad roads would be vigorously pursued.
