An unidentified dead body has been found in the 3rd avenue axis of Festac Town, Amuwo-Odofin LGA, Lagos State.
Festaconline Media received the SOS of a body spotted in the gutter along 3rd avenue near C Close.
The body was seen tied with a rope on legs and hands with a teeshirt and boxers and blood stains allover.
Festaconline gathered unconfirmed reports from an anonymous resident that the body was that of a man who was caught in the lee hours of Tuesday night trying to rob an Okada rider of his motorcycle.
Source said that the nabbed man and his friend tried to rob the Okada rider at the 3rd avenue extension of Festac town when luck ran out on him, his accomplice was able to escape while he was caught when the rider he patronized raised alarm.
As at the time of filling this report, the body is yet to be evacuated. We call on necessary officials to do so.
