Monday morning, February 4th 2018 was a gory one and a black monday in the heart of Amuwo-Odofin, Lagos State as tragedy struck car crash occurred which claimed lives of people which were amongst the campaigners to welcome YAYI.
According to source, a car , a Hilux Truck which was amongst the Campaign train for Senatorial candidate of the All progressive Congress , APC , Senator Olamilekan Adeola fondly known as Yayi as at this time of reporting killed several people.
The pilot car lost break and somersaulted several times , and plunged some of the passengers against an electric poll which instantly killed 3 people on the spot and were confirmed dead . The driver and others sustained serious injuries.
This accident happened near West Side Mall, opposite Raji Rasaki Road , along Festac Access Road, Amuwo Odofin , Lagos State.
According to another source, 4 policemen which were amongst the train lost their lives.(unverified). Amongst the dead are Mr Irikhefe, Mr Shetimma and Mr Alex. May their soul RIP!
