Another Fire scenario had just occurred in the Amuwo-Odofin LGA of Lagos State.
At about 8: 30 am on Friday 15th May 2020, Festaconline received report of a fire outbreak in one of the blocks in Jakande Estate, Mile 2
The fire consumed 2 out of the 6 flats in block 257 in the estate, behind the central mosque.
The federal fire service team were on ground to put out the fire. It was put out at about 9:50am
Cause of the fire yet to be identified and as writing of this report, there has been no recorded casualties.
It can be recalled that yesterday 14th of May , there was a fire incident in one of the filling stations in the LGA.

Report reaching us from the fire service team states that the cause of the fire was by an electrical surge .
