Our Client a coworking space in Amuwo-Odofin, Lagos State is recruiting for the role of a Frontdesk Associate
WHO YOU ARE
You are someone who loves to have fun, is vibrant, social media savvy, creative and a people person. You will be the first point of contact for clients, and guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at our coworking space.
You are responsible for Creating a fun, inspiring and welcoming environment for our members and guests.
SOME OF YOUR DUTIES
- Greet and welcome members, visitors, and guests with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Assist in managing inquiries and providing information about our workspace services and amenities.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless and positive member experience
- Welcome, Engage and greet guests, and members on arrival and provide them with superb customer service
- Keep the office on track: Assist with building operations and making sure our day-to-day operations run smoothly and effective
- Engaging the community, assisting in bringing people together and creating a sense of belonging
- Thinking outside the box to make a huge fan of our clients
- Managing and monitoring daily operations, inventory and records
- Understand and amplify the total customer experience
- Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum academic qualification of high school diploma
- Customer-oriented with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates MUST reside within Amuwo-Odofin LGA & environs.
- Friendly, approachable, confident and trustworthy
- Fluent in both oral and written English.
- Can work well with little or no supervision and an enthusiastic individual
- Excellent communication, organizational, Problem Solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
SALARY RANGE: 40K – 50K
