The die has been cast and the 2022 Primaries for the All progressive congress Lagos State House of Assembly which held yesterday on the 27th Of May 2022 in Festac Town, Amuwo-Odofin has emerged a winner.
Olaitan Folorunso populary known as Ola Western clinched the winning ticket and defeated the current House of Assembly member and other aspirants with a high number of votes from delegates.
The primaries had a total of 20 delegates present which were to vote and determine who would represent the APC for Amuwo Constituency 1 LAHA Member in the forthcoming general elections.
Also present were representatives of the Nigeria Police, Department of states services, DSS, Nigerian security and civil defense corps, NSCDC and other INEC Observers
According to source, The result of the election which was signed by Omooba Akintola Falade, Chairman Primary election committee and secretary, Ogun Jonathan were as follows
