Youths in the Amuwo-Odofin community under the National Youth Council Nigeria in collaboration with the JCI, Junior Chambers International (JCI) Festac I, Olu Hassan Investment LTD, (LAWMA Consultant), Okada and Keke riders association, and International breweries PLC organized a sensitization-based clean up exercise.
According to a representative of the NYCN Amuwo-Odofin Chapter, says that as part of efforts to championing the UN’s SDG goals in the community on the 17th of August 2022, carried out a community clean up and sensitization initiative to create awareness on the effect of alcohol abuse on youths, pregnant women and nursing mothers in the society .
The cleanup exercise took place at the Maza-Maza axis of the Amuwo-Odofin Local government, Lagos state and saw to a number of participant’s from various groups and also community members who made the event a success.
