It has been confirmed by the Lagos State Ministry of Health of the first case of COVID-19 in Lagos state, Nigeria and has been reported to the Federal Ministry of Health.

The case, which was confirmed on the 27th of February 2020, is the first case to be reported in Nigeria since the outbreak in China in January 2020.

It became a terrible Wednesday evening as a truck carrying container reportedly fell on a Coaster Bus on the Festac Link bridge.

According to some witnesses, it was said that the trailer rolled back, lost control and then fell on the coaster bus.
